nothign much on my side of the East coast and been watching for the wind since 8h30am... there is enough for landkiting but not sure about the wet stuff...
use the Dun laoghaire reader as it is accurate enough for Dolly, http://www.dlharbour.ie/weather/previous_6_hours_wind.php

This is the poblem with kiting, the utter dependence on wind.

It's switched from sw early this morning to ne. Am hoping it builds and if so I'll go to sutton. Ne is shit on dolly due to wind shadow from howth.

At the moment. Not even a breeze.

Yeah disappointing 'breeze' this morning on Dollymount. Think at most we had 4mph at one point. But wind did finally come in the end around 2pm or so, got up to somewhere in the region of 15mph or so, not too bad. There were a few landboarders and buggies whizzing about on Dollier.

Oh and great to see Ireland stuff the English......go Tommy go!!!

KITECREW.com on TREMONFECKIN
great session on termonfeckin 2day with JP. raining when we got there and hardly an air of wind and that was cross on. but we set up anyway and the rain cleared and the wind picked up a little more on shore.
had to fight with the kite for the first part of the day but as it picked up we got a good few runs up the beach.jp had all manner of kites, the 5 yak being the best on the day,i was on my very old rad 6 since the beach was messy out which flew brill considering its knackered

jp disappeared up the wreck end out of sight and i took off for clougherhead, got the whole way up to the lifeboat station and hoofed it back up the beach to join jp up at the wreck.
its great up that end, huge but lots of soft stuff.had a few runs up that way side by side utill we had to call it a day as the lite was going.
great craic and jp was well impressed with the size of the beach.
